I've taken my family here many times, and we've always loved the food and the staff. We moved away for a while, and when we came back, I insisted that we go try our favorite Chinese food place. My friends tried convincing me that the food had changed, and that it wasn't all that great anymore, but I was convinced that it was the same incredible Chinese food that it used to be. Well, we went, and we agree that something has changed. For 6 o clock on a Saturday night, you would expect to see at least 1 other person in the restaurant. The only person we saw was the cashier. She was very friendly, and very sweet. The meal cost us $11 per person, and all of the foods were good, but none of them really stood out to be incredible.

Will not be returning, not good if looking for seafood. Only seafood was, pepper shrimp and baby clams. Only thing good was egg flower soup

See why they make you prepay, only people here for lunch and I know why, there is next to nothing on the already tiny "buffet" (I've seen more food at motel 6's "breakfast") food really wasn't good and only went because they advertise a Mongolian style grill but that's shut down now. Won't be back, $9 for a plate of fried rice, very salty "curry" and chicken in a brown Sauer they attempt to say is generals chicken (poor general)

Every time I go here I'm pretty much alone. The lady who runs the place always has a sad look on her face and asks in broken English whether I know of any local event or activity which might be keeping the crowds away. All of which bodes ill in terms of food quality, but I've actually been pleasantly surprised each time I've eaten here.
A lot depends on expectations, I suppose. I've eaten at many Chinese buffets over the years, and this one certainly doesn't stand out in any exceptional way. But (maybe I've been lucky) I've always been able to load up my plate with as much broccoli beef, sweet and sour chicken, fried shrimp, chow mein noodles, and fried rice as I might want. And about half a dozen other dishes which are consistently tasty, if not outstanding.
There's soft-serve ice cream for dessert, and sometimes pre-sliced cheesecake. Drinks are included in the very reasonable price ($8 and change for lunch), and everything tastes pretty much as it should. Not devastatingly amazing, but very acceptable, especially given the price.
If you go in with the expectation of being blown away by something, you'll be disappointed. But if you want a decent all-you-can-eat experience that will leave you full and satisfied for about the same price you'd pay for a McDonald's large Big Mac meal, this buffet is hard to beat.
